Par sa décision 15-D-02 du 26 février 2015, l'Autorité de la concurrence a sanctionné le GIE pour ne pas avoir respecté plusieurs engagements. Elle a par ailleurs contraint sous astreinte le GIE à respecter à l'avenir ses engagements (voir communiqué de presse).
