The Autorité de la concurrence has opened a public consultation, which will run until 16 November 2019, with a view to revising its merger control guidelines.

As part of commitment procedures, the Investigation Services may publish market tests with the aim of gathering comments from interested third parties on the commitments proposed by the companies involved.

As part of the investigation of a referral filed by a parcel delivery operator, the Groupe La Poste sent the Autorité de la concurrence a proposal for commitments aimed at responding to the competition concerns identified during the instruction of the case.
The Autorité de la concurrence publishes it on its website for potentially interested third parties, who may submit their comments until 16 September 2019.
