On Monday 5 December, the Autorité welcomed Martijn Snoep, Chairman of the Dutch Competition Authority (ACM). Benoît Cœuré, President of the Autorité de la concurrence, and Elise Provost, Adviser to the General Rapporteur and head of the sustainable development network of the Autorité de la concurrence discussed with him the challenges of sustainability and the initiatives taken by the ACM to meet them. What successes? What limits? What lessons can be learned?
