Le 4 mai 2018, la société Amadeus a saisi l’Autorité de pratiques mises en oeuvre par Google sur le marché de la publicité en ligne liée aux recherches. La saisissante reprochait à Google d’avoir mis en oeuvre des pratiques abusives en suspendant ses comptes Google AdWords (devenu « Google Ads » à l’été 2018) et en refusant la plupart de ses annonces publicitaires depuis janvier 2018.

Aux termes de la décision ci-après, l’Autorité de la concurrence rejette la saisine au fond de l’Association des Opérateurs Télécoms Alternatifs (AOTA) pour défaut d’éléments probants et, partant, la demande de mesures conservatoires accessoire à la saisine.

L’AOTA est une association représentant plus de 40 opérateurs télécoms alternatifs de dimension régionale, qui représente un chiffre d’affaires agrégé de plus de 200 millions d’euros, en forte progression.
