Business telecom: the Autorité rejects the AOTA's complaint and annnounces the launch of an exploratory investigation

The Autorité de la concurrence received a request for interim measures, ancillary to a complaint on the merits of the case, from the Association des Opérateurs Télécoms Alternatifs (AOTA) regarding Orange's practices in the deployment of optical fibre networks.
