A key contact point: the Leniency Officer
Potential leniency applicants or their counsel may contact the Autorité in advance – on an anonymous basis – to obtain information on the leniency procedure. The Autorité has appointed a Leniency Officer, an expert dedicated to the leniency programme. The Leniency Officer is the contact point for potential applicants and may be consulted informally – and even anonymously – on all questions relating to the leniency procedure and the steps to follow.
Strict confidentiality
Total confidentiality is guaranteed during any exchanges with the Leniency Officer. Any information provided will not be used against the undertaking.
