How can I apply for the leniency programme?
If your undertaking is or was part of a cartel, applying for the leniency procedure might be the best route to avoid a high fine, by disclosing the practices to the Autorité or providing information of which the Autorité was not previously aware.
Here are the steps to follow to obtain information about the leniency procedure or to report a cartel.
