10 July 2014: The Rapporteur General of the Autorité de la concurrence confirms that dawn raids were carried out on 9 July in the sector for the sale of optical glasses
On 9 July 2014, following authorisation from the liberty and custody judge, the Investigation Services of the Autorité de la concurrence raided companies suspected of having implemented anticompetitive practices in the sector for the sale of optical glasses.
Such interventions do not, of course, prejudge the guilt of the companies involved in the alleged practices, which only a full investigation into the merits of the case could establish, if appropriate.
