Aux termes de la présente décision, l’Autorité sanctionne le GIE Notimo (regroupant des notaires pratiquant la négociation immobilière en Franche-Comté) et la chambre interdépartementale des notaires de Franche-Comté pour avoir mis en œuvre une entente dans le secteur de la négociation immobilière, en violation de l’article L. 420-1 du code de commerce.

The Autorité de la concurrence fines the Bureau Commun de Signification of bailiffs from the département Hauts-de-Seine for anticompetitive agreement

In accordance with the Law of 6 August 2015 (also known as the « Macron Law »), the Autorité de la concurrence is launching public consultations to prepare two new opinions on the freedom of establishment for bailiffs and judicial auctioneers
