Le 17 avril 2019, le projet de fusion des groupes coopératifs agricoles et agroalimentaires D’Aucy et Triskalia a été notifié à l’Autorité de la concurrence. Ces deux groupes sont notamment actifs dans les secteurs de la collecte et de la commercialisation de céréales, protéagineux et oléagineux, des semences, de l’agrofourniture, de la nutrition animale, des légumes, des oeufs et ovo-produits, des produits traiteurs, de la distribution au détail d’articles de jardinage, bricolage, aménagements extérieurs et animalerie et de la distribution de fioul.

LDC Volaille est une société du groupe LDC, numéro un de la volaille en France, dont les produits sont commercialisés sous les marques Maître Coq, Le Gaulois ou encore Fermiers de Loué. Les deux abattoirs Les Volailles Rémi Ramon et sa filiale la société Sofral, commercialisent également les volailles abattues auprès de différents canaux de distribution en France, en particulier sous le label rouge « Duc de Mayenne ».
