Le 25 novembre 2019, la coopérative agricole Océalia a notifié à l’Autorité de la concurrence son projet de fusion par absorption avec la coopérative agricole Natéa. Les parties sont toutes deux actives dans les secteurs des céréales, oléagineux et protéagineux, de l’agrofourniture, de la nutrition animale, de la distribution au détail d’articles de jardinage, bricolage, aménagements extérieurs et animalerie.
