The Autorité de la concurrence releases its opinion concerning the competitive impact
of the switchover to free TNT service of LCI, Paris Première and Planète + (television stations)

Following the disclosure by the CSA (French Broadcasting regulator) of the Autorité’s decision concerning the applications made by LCI, Paris Première and Planète + (stations operated by the TF1, M6 and Canal+ groups) to move to a free service, the institution makes public the opinion it provided to the CSA on 18 June.

> Read the whole opinion no. 14-A-07 dated 18 June 2014 concerning a request for opinion from the Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel on the basis of article 41-4 of the Law of 30 September 1986 concerning the application by the LCI, Paris Première et Planète + stations to switchover to the free TNT platform.
