The Autorité de la concurrence closes the investigation it had opened in the tobacco sector
On 23 January, following authorization from the liberty and custody judge, the Investigation Services of the Autorité de la concurrence raided the premises of companies suspected of having engaged in possible anticompetitive practices in the sector of production, importation and distribution of tobacco products.
After examining the seized exhibits, the Investigation Services decided to close the investigation.
