David Viros appointed Chief of Staff of the President of the Autorité de la concurrence.

David Viros has just been appointed Chief of Staff of the President of the Autorité de la concurrence by Bruno Lasserre. The Office of the President handles general relations with the public authorities and European institutions, as well as international affairs.

 
David Viros replaces Liza Bellulo, who has moved to the General Secretariat for European Affairs (SGAE) as head of the legal sector. The President of the Autorité de la concurrence and the entire staff would like to express their heartfelt thanks for the quality of work she accomplished and wishes her every success in her future assignments.

Holder of a double degree in law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2005) and Cambridge University, David Viros also qualified at the Institut d’études politiques in Paris (2007). After a Master’s research degree in European law at the Université de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2008, he went to EFB, the Paris Appeal Court Bar School (EFB-2009). After practising as a lawyer for some years, David Viros joined the Autorité de la concurrence in 2012 as adviser on European affairs within the Office of the President.
