The Nel Group from Mayotte fined for obstructing the investigation
The Autorité today issued a decision in which it fined Mayotte Channel Gateway (MCG), which manages and operates the port of Longoni in Mayotte, and its parent company (Société Nel Import Export)1 €100,000 for failing to respond to requests for information from the investigation services during an ongoing case.
