Green light to the takeover of UMG-GHM clinics in Grenoble by Doctegestio

Doctegestio notified the Autorité de la concurrence of its plan to solely take over the UMG-GHM clinics located in the Isère département and in the Rhône-Alpes Auvergne region.

Doctegestio is not present in the markets of diagnostic and hopsital care offers in the Isère département and in the Rhône-Alpes Auvergne region.

In the framework of the analysis of the impact of the transaction, in view – among other factors- of the implementation of a care pathway planned by the buyer, the Autorité de la concurrence was able to rule out any competition concern in consideration of the limited position of the parties in the markets relevant to the transaction.
