Green light to the takeover of Maxi Toys stores in France by Prenatal and Fijace (King Jouet)

After a first clearance decision subject to conditions issued in August regarding the exclusive control acquisition of Maxi Toys by Fijace, the Autorité issues a new decision regarding the joint control of Prenatal and Fijace over the Maxi Toys stores and concludes that there is no new competition concerns.
