Green light to the takeover of Babilou by investment fund Antin Infrastructure

The company Antin Infrastructure Partners notified the Autorité de la concurrence of its planned acquisition of exclusive control of the Babilou group.

As the transaction did not lead to an overlap of activities in the collective childcare sector, the Autorité de la concurrence was able to rule out any competition concerns.

The Autorité thus cleared the transaction without condition.
