Green light to the acquisition of Liveli daycare centres by the Grandir Group, which operates Les Petits Chaperons Rouges daycare centres

The Grandir Group, which operates a network of private daycare centres under the Les Petits chaperons rouges brand, has notified the Autorité de la concurrence of its plan to acquire Crèche Attitude, a subsidiary of the Sodexo Group, which operates the private daycare centres under the Liveli brand.

The Autorité has cleared the transaction unconditionally, as it is not likely to harm competition.
