The Autorité unveils its annual report
With nearly 1.8 billion euros of fines issued against anticompetitive practices, 2020 is a record year. Beyond the fines imposed, the Autorité's action helped the French economy save nearly 17.6 billion euros.
Whether in the digital, consumer goods, retail or health sectors… the Autorité has once again been extremely active in the context of its various missions (merger and acquisition control, opinions given to the government, sanctioning of anticompetitive practices).
