Appointment: Pascale Déchamps appointed Deputy General Rapporteur of the Autorité
Pascale Déchamps has been appointed Deputy General Rapporteur of the Autorité de la concurrence by the General Rapporteur, Stanislas Martin, who heads the Autorité's Investigation Services.
As of 18 January 2021, she will head Antitrust Unit 2, which is in charge of digital cases, in particular those relating to online advertising (AdTech), and the telecoms sector. She replaces Nicolas Deffieux, who took up his new position as director of the Digital Regulation Expertise Cluster at the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Recovery on 1 October 2020.
