Aux termes de la présente décision, l’Autorité de la concurrence sanctionne plusieurs émetteurs de titres-restaurant (« les TR ») et leur organisme commun, association de la loi du 1er juillet 1901, la Centrale de Règlement des Titres (« la CRT »), pour avoir participé à des pratiques d’ententes dans le secteur des titres-restaurant, en violation de l’article
L. 420-1 du code de commerce et l’article 101 paragraphe 1 du Traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne.

Aux termes de la décision ci-après, l’Autorité de la concurrence a autorisé l’acquisition du contrôle conjoint du groupe Picard par la famille Zouari et le fonds d’investissement Lion Capital qui détient déjà, avant l’opération, une participation contrôlante dans la cible.

La famille Zouari contrôle des magasins de commerce de détail à dominante alimentaire sous les enseignes Casino, Leader Price, Franprix et Monoprix, situés principalement à Paris et en région parisienne.
