En 2012, la société Betclic Everest Group avait saisi l’Autorité de la concurrence (ci-après
« l’Autorité ») de pratiques mises en œuvre par le GIE Pari Mutuel Urbain
(ci-après « PMU ») dans le secteur des paris hippiques en ligne. Pour répondre aux préoccupations de concurrence identifiées, le PMU avait soumis à l'Autorité des engagements rendus obligatoires par la décision n° 14-D-04 du 25 février 2014, consistant principalement à séparer ses masses d’enjeux en dur et en ligne.

Dans la décision ci-après, l’Autorité de la concurrence accepte les engagements de la Poste SA et clôt la procédure au fond engagée par Kiala France, Kiala SA, UPS France et UPS Inc., portant sur des pratiques mises en œuvre dans le secteur de la livraison de colis.

Historiquement, La Poste SA est un opérateur de livraison traditionnelle de colis à domicile.
