Aux termes de la décision ci-après, l’Autorité a procédé à l’examen de la prise de contrôle exclusif de la société Hexagone Santé Méditerranée et la SCI Bonnefon-Carnot par la société Elsan.

Les parties à l’opération possèdent toutes deux des établissements de santé dans le département du Gard (30). Dans ce département, Elsan détient principalement la clinique Kennedy, située à Nîmes. HSM détient la Polyclinique Grand Sud (PGS), l’Hôpital Privé les Franciscaines (HPF), situés à Nîmes, ainsi que la Nouvelle Clinique Bonnefon située à Alès.
