Océan Indien, DEM Austral et TTDI, Transdem, et T2M pour avoir réalisé des devis de complaisance en vue de fausser la concurrence en ce qui concerne les déménagements des militaires.

Aux termes de la décision ci-après, l’Autorité a procédé à l’examen de l’acquisition, par la Société Antillaise Frigorifique (« SAFO »), du contrôle exclusif de la société NDIS, qui exploite un hypermarché sous l’enseigne Super NKT situé en Guyane (973), et de sa filiale, la société NG Kon Tia, qui est active dans le secteur de la distribution en gros de produits alimentaires et non-alimentaires.
