Aux termes de la décision ci-après, l’Autorité de la concurrence considère que le grief d’abus de position dominante notifié à l’encontre de la société TDF sur le fondement des articles 102 du TFUE et L. 420-2 du code de commerce n’est pas établi.

Dans cette affaire, l’Autorité a été saisie par la société towerCast, qui estimait que la prise de contrôle de la société Itas par la société TDF, le 13 octobre 2016, constituait un abus de position dominante, contraire aux dispositions de l’article L. 420-2 du code de commerce.
