Following a selection process led by a committee tasked with assisting the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty in his choice, the Minister has decided to appoint Umberto Berkani as General Rapporteur of the Autorité de la concurrence to succeed Stanislas Martin, whose term of office has expired.
