Yann Anselin appointed Deputy Head of the Legal Department

With effect from 3 February 2025, Yann Anselin is appointed Deputy to the Head of the Legal Department, Mathias Pigeat. He will work alongside Gaëlle Le Breton and Thomas Guérin, who are also Deputy Heads of the Legal Department.

Biography

Yann Anselin holds a Master’s degree in business law and management (Paris II University), an LL.M in European Union law and competition (Saarland University) and the CAPA (a qualification to practice law in France). He spent the first 14 years of his career as a lawyer specialised in commercial and competition law.

In 2022, Yann Anselin joined the Legal Department of the Autorité de la concurrence as legal advisor (référendaire).
