The General Rapporteur of the Autorité de la concurrence indicates that an unannounced inspection was carried out in the private passenger transport sector

Following authorisation from a liberty and custody judge, the Investigation Services of the Autorité de la concurrence carried out an unannounced inspection on 17 February, at the premises of a company suspected of having implemented anticompetitive practices in the private passenger transport sector.

Such an inspection does not prejudge the guilt of the company concerned by the alleged practices, which can only be established following an investigation on the merits.

The Autorité de la concurrence will not comment further, either on the company or on the practices in question.
