The Autorité closes the case opened at its own initiative regarding practices implemented in the temporary work sector

Following dawn raids, the Autorité de la concurrence started proceedings ex officio in May 2015 relating to a possible set of practices that was alleged to have been engaged in the temporary work sector.

After conducting a preliminary investigation and analyzing the facts of the case, the Investigation Services proposed to the Board of the Autorité to put an end to the procedure, which decided to close the case opened ex officio.
