Recruitment of a new General Rapporteur

In view of the forthcoming end of the term of office of the current General Rapporteur of the Autorité de la concurrence, Stanislas Martin, on 6 March 2025, the Autorité de la concurrence is inviting all candidates interested in the role of General Rapporteur to submit their application by email no later than 12 January 2025, to the following address: recrutementRG@autoritedelaconcurrence.fr (under the reference “RG.2025”).

Interested candidates should provide a detailed CV, together with a cover letter setting out their vision for the role of General Rapporteur and their broad objectives.

The applications will be then examined by a selection committee, which has been set up to assist the Minister of the Economy, who is responsible for appointing the General Rapporteur, after consultation with the Board of the Autorité, in accordance with Article L. 461-4 of the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce).
