Pet supplies: the Autorité unconditionally clears the takeover of Zoomalia by Holding Nicole (“JMT Le Royaume des Animaux”)

On 12 November 2025, Holding Nicole notified the Autorité de la concurrence of its plan to acquire exclusive control of Zoomalia.

At the end of its examination, the Autorité was able to rule out any risk of harm to competition and has cleared the transaction unconditionally.
