The New Caledonia competition authority (Autorité de la concurrence de la Nouvelle-Calédonie – ACNC), following work carried out in cooperation with the French competition authority (Autorité de la concurrence; hereinafter the “Autorité”), announces that its entire body of decisional practice is now available online as open data, on data.gouv.nc.

This initiative, covering nearly 300 decisions and opinions, significantly strengthens transparency and access to public action, while helping to foster dialogue with the business community and public and academic stakeholders.
