During a discussion moderated by Isabelle de Silva, President of the Autorité de la concurrence, Andreas Mundt will discuss the ongoing legislative reform in Germany which aims, in particular, to adapt German competition law to the challenges posed by the development of the digital economy.
This discussion will be an opportunity to talk about the significant advances of this project for the future of competition law, such as the creation of a system imposing upstream obligations on large platforms, the updating of the abuse of dominant position concept and the review of merger control rules.
